About Us

Lots of Love AFC was developed out of love and compassion for our loved ones. We understand that providing care for a family member is not always easy, but being able to keep your loved ones at home is important. Lots of Love AFC is a shared living provider agency that provides services such as RN and case management support to allow Members and Caregivers to continue to live in the comfort of their homes.

Our Mission

Lots of Love AFC’s mission is to provide shared living services to the elderly and adults with disabilities by allowing them to live within a safe and secure home environment, assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their activities of daily living while promoting independence, quality of life, respect, and autonomy.

What is the Shared Living Program?

The Shared Living Program is a RIte@Home program funded by the Rhode Island Department of Health and Human Services. The Shared Living Program allows Members to continue to remain in the community for as long as possible. Members of the Shared Living Program can continue living at home with a caregiver who assists them with activities of daily living.

Eligibility

Adults with disabilities over 18 years of age and elders aged 65 or older who need assistance with activities of daily living and/or instrumental activities of daily living may apply.
